Our History
Community Connect HUB was founded in 2023 in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, East Midlands, to foster social cohesion among diverse community groups, particularly those facing disadvantages and ethnic minorities, through the provision of a wide range of engaging activities.
Our primary objectives include the cultivation of robust social ties, the promotion of physical well-being, the stimulation of educational pursuits, and the encouragement of a sense of belonging, connectedness, and self-reliance within the community. Additionally, we seek to raise cultural awareness, enhance cross-cultural understanding, foster appreciation for diverse cultures, and drive community growth.
As a duly registered organisation in the UK, we operate under the guidance of an Executive Committee comprising dedicated volunteers and representatives of voluntary groups. Together, they convene to establish organisational policies and initiatives.
